3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1:1 Sessions

Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours' notice for a full refund

Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund

Group Programs

100% refund: Cancel 7+ days before start

50% refund: Cancel 3–6 days before

No refund: Cancel within 48 hours of the start

Digital Products & Courses

All digital sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Rescheduling Policy

One complimentary reschedule is allowed per client.
Additional changes may be subject to a rebooking fee.
